Trautman Light Red Elvis - Tubing Second Tube Second Quality Standard Tube Light Red Elvis

Light Red Elvis is the softer, more transparent cousin of Trautman's self-striking ruby — same easy strike, less density, so it reads pink-to-ruby where full Red Elvis goes deep. It strikes in an oxidizing atmosphere at a slightly lower temperature than most rubies; keep the flame neutral to oxidizing. This is second quality tubing: heavier cosmetic flaws, bubbles or striations than first quality, which makes it well suited to work where the surface gets reworked, encased or cut into.
