Stock & Availability
- How do I know if an item is in stock?
- Our website stock updates in real time and stock is available on a first come first serve basis. Items that are in your cart remain available for purchase by others. You must complete the checkout process in order to secure your items.
- Can I sign up for out of stock notifications?
- If an item is listed as out of stock you may sign up to receive an email notification when the item becomes in stock. Once you receive notification, your email address will be removed from further notifications about the item.
- Do you accept preorders or backorders?
- We do not accept preorders and we do not keep track of backorders. If an out of stock item prevents you from ordering, contact us to check the status of it.
Shipping & Delivery
- Which shipping carriers do you use?
- Orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS. If your order is split into multiple boxes, part of your order may be shipped via one carrier while the rest is shipped via another.
- How is shipping calculated?
- Our shipping calculator estimates the least expensive rate based on order size and weight. If actual cost is less, we will adjust your invoice.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- We do not currently offer free shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We support shipping to most international addresses. Contact us for a shipping quote if our calculator does not provide an estimate.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
- Items may be returned within 30 days in brand new condition with original packaging for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 business days with photos of any damage.
Payment Methods
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards via Authorize.net, plus cash, checks, and money orders.
- Do you offer price matching?
- Contact us for price match requests. We honor most requests with proper documentation from authorized US retailers.
Order Issues
- Can I add items to my order after placing it?
- Place a separate order and request combined shipping, referencing your original order number.
- Can I make special requests for my order?
- Add special requests during checkout for custom sizes, color matching, and bundle combinations.
- What is your cutting policy?
- Precut Schott Boro Artistic and Chinese Clear rods available. Chinese Color rods cut into thirds unless you request otherwise at checkout.
