Heavy Blue Leprechaun is Trautman's dense blue aventurine — the one that made aventurine reliably implodable — packed with large, dichro-like sparkles on a deep blue base. It isn't fussy about flame atmosphere, but keep it out of reduction before an implosion and avoid long hot garaging, as with any aventurine. At 2mm-3mm these hand-pulled stringers are ready for line work straight off the shelf. Odd quality is the same glass chemistry as first, with cosmetic imperfections or off-diameter sections, discounted and not available on backorder.
