Fuego is a new Northstar experimental colour, #175 in their experimental series. Northstar has not published a colour page for it yet, so we are not going to claim working properties we cannot source - expect the same 33 COE borosilicate chemistry as the rest of the Northstar line and treat it as a fresh experimental until they publish. Odd and second quality rods are the same glass chemistry as first quality, set aside for cosmetic and dimensional variance. Odd quality is the lighter defect grade - cosmetically imperfect or off-diameter stock. Second quality carries heavier cosmetic flaws, bubbles or striations, fine for work where the surface is reworked or the colour ends up encased. Neither grade is available on backorder.
