Puffer Glass Tools Pro Prep Station / Rod Holder Block

Introducing the Puffer Glass Tools Pro Prep Station, a versatile wood block specifically designed to securely hold a range of glass tubes and rods for lampworking artists. This innovative prep station allows hot tubes to cool evenly in a vertical position, reducing the likelihood of cracking.

The Pro Prep Station features 94 strategically drilled holes to accommodate various handle sizes:

• 30 holes for up to 16mm handles
• 40 holes for up to 12.7mm handles
• 24 holes for up to 9.5mm handles

Additionally, the station offers ten horizontal slots for resting handles.

Measuring approximately 2 1/4" x 5 1/4" x 18" and weighing 3 lbs. 8 oz., the block size may vary slightly by around 1/8".

Crafted from economical Poplar hardwood, the ProPrep Station is left unfinished to ensure that only wood smoke, without any toxic fumes, is produced in case hot glass comes into contact with the wood.
