Glow Stick First Quality Rod - UV Reactive

Similar in color to Glue Stick, Glow Stick has a denser white base with an intense hot pink UV pop. Glow Stick is a great all around color and sculpts like a breeze.

Work it hot or cool, in as close to a neutral flame as possible. Try thinning it out for a milky UV tint. Blow-outs work best for the Pastel colors.
